ARRL Headquarters Special Representative:
Harold Kramer - WJ1B - is the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to coming to the ARRL, he was the Chief Technology Officer at Connecticut Public Broadcasting after spending 25 years in the cable television and television production industries. Harold is a lifelong ham, with his principal focus on emergency communications, and has been an adjunct faculty member at many eastern colleges, principally teaching communications and electronics.
Also in attendance will be our ARRL Midwest Division Director, Cliff Ahrens - KØCA - and Vice Director, Rod Blocksome - KØDAS.
